Hari Thiruvanam

Hari is a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist with extensive leadership and management experience and the ability to exceed all expectations to deliver performance outcomes on time and according to budget. Hari is committed to quality results with a passion for leadership and skilled in developing stakeholder relationships to build profitable partnerships and increase revenue, with the ability to create a culture of repeat business and client referrals. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Learning and Performance Asia Pacific (www.ilpasiapacific.com) as well as Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand (https://managersandleaders.com.au/).

Hari is experienced in developing business in the learning and development sphere, designing, and developing workplace learning and managing learning intervention projects with proven expertise in developing learning resources via instructional systems design techniques.

As a Director with London College for Corporate Learning Limited (UK),Hari also holds the role of General Manager (International Partnerships) at the Institute of Learning and Performance (ILP) . Hari pursues his interest as a Mediator and Arbitrator in his free time. He is also a very proud Rotarian.

Cletus De Rozario

Cletus de Rozario has about 20 years of experience and accomplishment in a senior management capacity with corporations primarily accountable for New Product / Process development, project management, Industrial transformation and talent development.

Cletus has been involved in various national ICT projects that included the implementation of “Smart Schools” project in the East Coast, implementations of the telecommunications infrastructure in KLIA, integration of Uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems in Mid Valley & Sapura among others.

Cletus started his career as an Electrical Engineer dealing with Micro- SCADA system, automation and industrial power supply and later was in marketing of power inverters and telecommunication products. In the year 2000, he ventured into the world of Computer Engineering to further his expertise and knowledge with the “New Economy”. He holds an MBA and is a Certified Master Trainer in Business Analysis and Intelligence.

He has met with various Industry leaders and Head of Governments on the issues relating to Industrial Digitalisation and has a sound knowledge of the demands in the current market.

Cletus is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is often interviewed on the subject of e- business, Cybersecurity, Technology convergence and business strategy. Bridging the gap between business and IT became crucial for the majority of the companies and Cletus is one of the leaders driving this opportunity.

Osben -Oji

With a Master’s degree in Networking  specialising in Cyber Security, Osben has demonstrated specialist experience in broad areas of Telecommunication and Computer Networking, Telecommunications Technology, Network and System Administration; Engineering technologies, as well as Cyber Security and Security Controls. He is currently the CEO/Principal System Architect & Developer with Harvardbridge Communications.

Osben’s credentials include membership and contributions to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), in their various chapters including  IEEE Computer Society Technical Community on Cyber Security, IEEE Computer Society Technical Community on Education, IEEE Computer Society, Test Technology Technical Community and IEEE Consultants Network. His professional membership extends to International Association of Engineers (IAENG); Australian Computer Society (ACS) and The Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors.

Daniell Goodin

Daniell is a seasoned professional in senior leadership roles encompassing new business development with 30+ years’ experience with multinationals. His strengths lies in awareness and in-depth understanding of emerging online technologies and their commercial applications. Daniell is very well versed in the areas of content development, systems development for training delivery using emerging technologies such as AI. He has designed and developed training management systems and contents platform for the global workforce.

Daniell has worked in the dynamic APAC region, especially in China as a General Manager, Marketing Manager and VP of Sales managing revenues in excess of USD 80+ million, growth rates of 30 percent annually with direct input for employees’ targets. Daniell also provides consulting on product development, sourcing , market entry and development strategies. He is a highly analytical decision-maker with extensive experience in turn around, building company operations, along with proven history in increasing revenue and profitability with full P&L responsibilities.
